Delivery and Returns Information

Packages are generally dispatched within 1 working day after receipt of payment and are shipped usually via Royal Mail, MyHermes, FedEx or UPS although other couriers may be used, with tracking and a signature will be required. International orders normally take between 1 and 7 days to be delivered, but this may be longer if they are held up by customs.
 
We do charge for shipping, but this is so we do not have to include delivery costs in the price of every item.  We combine all item in a single order into one package, and there for we only charge the real costs of delivering your goods.
International shipping fees include handling, packing fees and duties as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order.
We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
 
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
 
Returns
If you need to return an item, please complete the Returns Form within 14 days of delivery to arrange the return.  If you are returning because you no longer want to item, it must be unopened and in it’s original packaging.
 
Bespoke products will only be considered for a refunds or exchanges if one the the following criteria are meet:
 
1) There was an error made during the production which meant that your product was incorrect.
 
2) Your product was damaged during transit.
 
If the return is due to your product being damaged during transit, the refund or exchange will only be issued once the product has been returned to us, so that we can inspect the damage and confirm that it happened prior to delivery.
 
Photographs are taken of all of our product prior to dispatch to provide a record of there condition, composition and quality.
